Evony Boss Monster Guide

Evony Boss Monsters are randomly dotted around the map and range from level 1 to level 17. Boss Monsters will always be spawning on the map, however, they are more prevalent during the Boss Monster Event.

During the Boss Monster Event, the spawning rate of the Evony Boss Monsters is doubled.

The information in this Evony Boss Monster Guide should make it much easier to decide which monsters to kill. You can improve the General EXP obtained by conducting research in your Academy. For this, go to the Military Research Tree and focus on the Tactical EXP research.

General EXP can additionally be increased by crafting rings for your general. Boss Monsters can also drop Hammers, Composing Cards, and Wishing Coins during the appropriate events.

Evony Boss Monsters Battle Mechanics

In Evony, Boss Monster battles are turn-based. First, the player will attack with one tier of their troops. If they kill the monster, then the battle is over. However, if they don’t, then the Boss Monster gets its turn to attack.

This continues until either the Boss Monster is dead, or the player loses 10% of their troops and they lose the battle.

The aim of Evony Boss Monster battles is to defeat the Boss Monster with no losses. Therefore, you must defeat the Boss Monster in the first round of attack. This is best achieved by only sending mounted troops as they have the highest attack stat.

It is also best to only send one tier. Otherwise, your troops will attack across different rounds which may allow the Boss Monster to get more attacks off on you if those different tiers are too weak individually to defeat them.

It would be nice if somewhere you posted the schedule ofthe Boss Monsters, when they appear and for how long they stay. Periods where there are none, like now are greatfor growing and building, but Boring.
