Is Minamoto no Yoshitsune a good general in Evony?

Once fully leveled and specialties maxed out, Minamoto no Yoshitsune boasts one of the highest ranged HP and a great ranged attack. This makes his march very durable whilst packing a serious punch.

However, 46% of the General’s ranged troop attack comes from its final specialty. If you are not a big spender, it is unlikely you will achieve this. Additionally, he is purely ranged focus and will therefore not suit someone wanting to run a mixed siege and ranged PvP march.
