Hi Tapuae, to be honest I wouldn’t worry too much about this. It’s a pretty niche strategy that is a lot of work and doesn’t actually add much value. It’s basically the idea of dismissing the troop type in your sub you don’t want and repeating this till it has 100% of your preferred troop type, typically the one that aligns best with your General.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change server and keep your progress. Really your only options are to keep your bubble, move alliance, or try negotiate some server rules with the bigger alliances. You could also start over in a new server if you haven’t been playing long but most servers will have drama like this. Thankfully, they also tend to be the first to quit the game once they get bored.
