Is Charlie a good Hero in Whiteout Survival?

As a Rare Hero, all players will pick Charlie up very early on in a new State and, despite his low rarity, he will continue to be a valuable member of your roster deep into the game. This is driven by his primary role as one of the Best Gathering Heroes in Whiteout Survival. In particular, his second Expedition Skill, Coal Extraction, generates most of this utility by improving the gathering speed of coal by up to 25%. However, outside of this, he has very little use. Indeed, as a Lancer Hero, there are some early game Heroes who are much better such as Jessie and Molly and as such don’t worry too much about upgrading his Exploration Skills as you won’t be using him in the Arena or Exploration game modes.

Gear

As a Rare Hero, Charlie can have just the usual 4 pieces of Gear applied. However, as a Lancer, you should focus on upgrading the equipment that improves Hero Attack and Health, Escort Attack and Health, and Lancer Lethality: Goggles and Boots.
