Is Seo-yoon a good Hero in Whiteout Survival?
In the first few Generations of a new State, Seo-yoon is one of the few Best Expedition Heroes for joining rallies. This is driven by her first Expedition Skill, Rallying Beat, which increases the attack of all Troops by 25% when at its maximum level. However, she is only available from Recruitment meaning it can take quite a while to max out her stars versus Generation 1 alternatives for this role, such as Jessie. In addition, her second Expedition Skill, Soothing Dance, is development-focused with a buff that speeds up healing times. Therefore, she is not suited to squads when calling rallies, for example in PvP, as this skill will significantly hold back your total buffs. Finally, she is pretty mid in terms of Exploration that, when combined with the slow speed with which you can ascend her, leaves her pretty low down in the pecking order of Heroes you should focus your efforts on.

As an Epic Hero, Seo-yoon can have just the usual 4 pieces of Gear applied. However, as a Marskman, you should focus on upgrading the equipment that improves Hero Attack, Escort Attack, and Marksman Lethality: Goggles and Boots. This will get you the best return on your investment. Check out our Gear Guide for more information on accumulating and upgrading Gear.
