Is Walis Bokan a good Hero in Whiteout Survival?

Walis Bokan is at his best when used for Hunting Beasts and Polar Terrors in the Wilderness. This is driven exclusively by his 2nd Expedition Skill, Huntsman’s Gift, which buffs hunting march speed by a massive 100% when upgraded to its max level. Even better, you can stack this with Gina’s march speed buff too for some super quick hunts. However, outside of this role, Walis Bokan is pretty mid and useless past Generation 1 in any role but hunting. This is largely due to a pretty weak kit for Exploration and an Expedition kit which features just 1 skill for PvP, which in itself is not great due to being an enemy debuff when you’d mostly prefer some kind of attack buff for a Marksman Hero. Finally, his Shards are only available from recruitment, making him difficult to upgrade like other similar Epic Heroes such as Jasser.

Earthshake

Walis Bokan lets out an intimidating war cry, reducing Attack by [1% / 2% / 3% / 4% / 5%] for all enemy troops for 2s.

Echoing Boost

Beyond intimidating enemies, Walis Bokan’s war cry invigorates allies. Upon casting Earthshake, increases his and nearby friendly troops’ Attack by [15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35%] for 2s.

Jungle-Born Agility

Years of fighting in the jungles and mountains grant Walis Bokan swift agility, increasing his Attack Speed by [10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%].

Huntsman’s Gift

Walis Bokan passes on the islander’s hunting techniques to the soldiers, increasing Hunting March Speed by [20% / 40% / 60% / 80% / 100%].

Gear

As an Epic Hero, Walis Bokan can have just the usual 4 pieces of Gear applied. However, as a Lancer, you should focus on upgrading the equipment that improves Hero Attack and Health, Escort Attack and Health, and Lancer Lethality: Goggles and Boots.
