Fortnite Releases Skin Pack Featuring Isaac Clarke from Dead Space Remake

Mobile gaming News Roundup: Fortnite releases a skin pack featuring Isaac Clarke from Dead Space Remake

The rumor of a partnership between Fortnite and Dead Space has been spreading widely online, and this “rumor” of course has now been unveiled as a reality. Although the Dead Space franchise will be entering the multiverse of Fortnite, however, we should perhaps temper our expectations a little as it doesn’t look like it will quite be on the same scale as the recent Dragon Ball Z crossover event.

The protagonist, Isaac Clarke, will be joining Fortnite as a skin. As a member of the Gaming Legends Series, he will be included in the Strange Transmissions Quest Pack and will join the battle royale. Unfortunately, this pack won’t be available for Vbucks; instead, it will set you back $11.99 or the equivalent in your currency.

Players that purchase the Strange Transmissions Quest Pack will also gain additional aesthetic goodies to complete the set in addition to the Isaac Clarke costume. These include the USG Ishimura Back Bling, the RIG Back Bling, and the Plasma Cutter Pickaxe, which also has the Bench Upgrade Emote built-in. In addition, by completing the objectives in this pack, players may also earn 1,500 Vbucks.

Old School RuneScape Adds First New Skill in 15 Years

Mobile gaming News Roundup: Old School RuneScape adds the first new skill in nearly 15 years

At its annual Winter Summit in December, Jagex provided a roadmap of planned events for Old School RuneScape. After 15 long years, a new skill is finally being introduced to OSRS. The game’s first-ever new skill was recently the subject of a vote that set all previous voting records.

Before actual development can start, anything that is introduced to Old School RuneScape must first have user approval. Over 190,000 people have voted in the poll since it was conducted in December 2022 to decide whether to add a new talent to the well-known MMORPG.

The Community Consultation phase will then begin if the acceptance percentage is over 80%, at which point players will choose the sort of talent they desire. Exactly this is taking place at the moment since the new skill has moved on to the Community Consultation phase, during which a thorough survey will be distributed to everyone.

Tower of Fantasy reveals a new character as part of the 2.3 update

Mobile gaming News Roundup: Tower of Fantasy reveals a new character as part of the 2.3 update

A new character that will be included in Tower of Fantasy’s version 2.3 “Wandering Amidst Miasma” update has recently been unveiled by Level Infinite. The new doppelganger, Alyss, will debut in the mobile MMORPG on February 2nd.

In Tower of Fantasy, Alyss, also known by the pseudonym M-sec 2000, is a Special Forces agent. Alyss swiftly outgrew her friends thanks to an aptitude for battle and the fruits of her hard training. She is considered as having one of the Security Force’s highest levels of talent and work ethic.

As a consequence, Alyss was requested to participate in all of the Security Force’s high-level missions. She is an SSR simulacrum that uses a foot-blade as her main weapon and is a frost-type character who can freeze enemies and cause them to get frostbitten.
