But how do you know which squads are the best for the GAC? Which characters should you invest in and prioritize for this mode? Without further ado, let’s get into it and check out the 3 Best Grand Arena Championship 3v3 Squads.

Dark Side Squad

SWGoH - Darth Revan

Consisting of Darth Revan, Bastila Shan (Fallen), and Darth Malak, this squad is one of the oldest and most reliable squads in the game, and it still holds up very well in the GAC. The synergy between Darth Revan, Bastila Shan (Fallen), and Darth Malak is insane allowing them to deal a huge damage, apply a ton of debuffs, and survive a barrage of attacks from even some of the more potent teams out there. To get the most out of them, make use of the following strategies:

  • Darth Revan: Use Force Storm to apply shock and fear to the enemy team, preventing them from gaining buffs and turn meter.
  • Bastila Shan (Fallen): Use Fear to stun the enemy team and prevent them from taking a turn.
  • Darth Malak: Use Drain Life to heal himself and deal massive damage to the enemy with the lowest health, especially if they have fear or shock.
  • Darth Revan: Use Insanity to spread more fear and shock.
  • Darth Revan: Use Lacerate to finish off the enemy leader, and reduce your cooldowns by 1.

First Order Squad

SWGoH - Supreme Leader Kylo Ren

Consisting of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren (SLKR), Sith Trooper, and Hux, this squad is one of the best offensive squads in the game. SLKR is the main damage dealer, and he can ramp up his damage and speed with his stacks of Siphon. Sith Trooper is the secondary damage dealer, and he can assist SLKR with his attacks, and gain bonus offense and critical damage with his stacks of Loyalty. Hux is the support, and he can grant advantage and bonus turn meter to the team, and prevent the enemy from gaining bonus turn meter. Some tips for using this squad are:

  • Hux: Use Boundless Ambition to grant advantage and bonus turn meter to the team, and prevent the enemy from gaining bonus turn meters.
  • SLKR: Use Furious Onslaught to deal damage to the enemy team, and gain stacks of Siphon.
  • SLKR: Use Stasis Strike to dispel all buffs on all enemies and stun priority target for 2 turns. This can’t be copied, dispelled, or resisted, making it very effective against priority targets, such as Darth Malak and Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.
  • SLKR: Use Depths of Rage wisely when it gets to 85% Ultimate Charge or more. This powerful ability grants immunity to damage and debuffs for at least 2 turns, while also removing cooldowns from his skills. This advantage can turn the tide of battle and secure victory.
  • SLKR: Use Halt (Unmasked) to stun priority targets and then follow up with Focused Rage on targets that have been stunned by your team to deal double damage. Dealing more damage with this ability will cause him to recover more health.

Jedi Squad

SWGoH - Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker

An upgrade on the Heroes in our Beginner Jedi Squad, this team consists of Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker (JKL), Jedi Knight Revan (JKR), and Grand Master Yoda (GMY), and is one of the best Jedi squads in the game. Utilizing their high damage, tenacity, and excellent speed, they are able to counter the majority of the current meta squads in the game.

As a leader, JKL can debuff enemies with stun, blind, and vulnerability. He can also call on allies to assist with his other abilities. JKR is a powerful controller who can mark and focus on a target enemy. He can also save an ally from defeat and increase the cooldowns of enemies. GMY is the support, and he can copy and spread buffs to his allies, and deal massive damage with his special attacks. Some tips for using this squad are:

  • JKL: Use Heroes Arise to buff your allies’ counter chance, offense, speed, and tenacity. This ability also calls all allies to assist, dealing massive damage and increasing your team’s survivability.
  • JKL: Use Stalwart Advance to damage and blind the enemy leader, while granting Jedi’s Will to himself and Yoda.
  • JKR: Use Direct Focus to mark and focus on a target enemy. This increases the target’s cooldowns, reduces their turn meter, and stuns them. It also calls all Jedi allies to assist.
  • GMY: Use Battle Meditation to copy and spread buffs to his allies, and gain bonus turn meter and protection. This can be very useful to counter debuffs from the enemy team, such as fear and shock.
  • GMY: Use Unstoppable Force to deal damage and remove 70% turn meter from the target enemy. This can be very useful to disrupt the enemy’s plans, especially if they have a high turn meter or are about to use a powerful ability.
