Is Gwenom Good in Marvel Strike Force

Gwenom excels as a Raid specialist, bringing a unique blend of damage, disruption, and utility to your Hive-Mind and Spider-Verse teams. Her special and ultimate abilities clear enemy barriers in Raids, leaving them vulnerable to your team’s attacks. At max level, her basic even clears adjacent targets’ barriers, further opening up offensive opportunities. She also provides valuable support to Hive-Mind allies, granting them ability energy and evades when they fall below 50% health.

With her special, Gwenom can apply bleed to her primary target and stun them for two turns whilst her ultimate lowers enemy offense AND boosts the offense and defense of her Hive-Mind and Spider-Verse allies. Her basic attack flips positive effects on enemies, potentially turning their buffs into debuffs. This adds an extra layer of control and disruption to your gameplay. Lastly, her passive ability heals all Symbiote characters, providing additional sustain for symbiote-focused teams.

Gwenom T4 Priority

T4 materials are rare and valuable resources that can be used to upgrade abilities to their maximum level. However, not all abilities are worth the investment, as some have more impact than others. Here are the recommended T4 priorities for Gwenom, from highest to lowest:

  1. Passive (Symbiote Ghost) –This is the standout ability in Gwenom’s kit. It has excellent synergy with Hive-Mind allies whereby it applies 2 Evades to herself and Hive-Mind allies when they reach below 50% Health.
  2. Special (Tongue Twister) – Second in level of importance, this ability Stuns the opponents for 2 turns. In addition, when taking part in Raids, it spreads all positive effects, excluding Stealth, Taunt, and Regeneration.

Gwenom ISO-8

Striker capitalizes on Gwenom’s Follow-up Attack. When she lands a hit on a vulnerable target, Striker follows up with an extra attack. Because of that, her basic attack fuels the Hive-Mind team’s ability energy. This means your team can unleash their most costly moves more often.

Best Gwenom Team in Marvel Strike Force

In Raids, Gwenom needs the Hive-Mind Team to reach her full potential. Though she has synergy with Symbiote and Spider-verse allies, her ideal team composition features Red Goblin, Carnage, Venom, and Void Knight for maximum impact.

  • Red Goblin: As Protector of the Hive-Mind Team, his role is to keep all his allies healthy. Additionally, he has several defense mechanisms, including a revive mechanic.
  • Carnage: Carnage has a lot of Bleed, Vulnerability, and Crit Damage, while his Passive and Ultimate offer team-wide heal and Speed manipulation.
  • Venom: Venom is a control and damage powerhouse. Applying and spreading debuffs on enemy teams while dealing a lot of damage at the same time.
  • Void Knight: Void Knight flips buffs, boosts Hive-Mind allies, and controls enemies with Ability Block. He can also steal enemy energy, granting his team a head start in Raids.

Gwenom is not just a Spider-Verse hero; she’s a raid-conquering force in Marvel Strike Force. Utilize this guide to unlock her full potential, assemble the optimal team, and dominate your raid campaigns. Embrace the venom, unleash the power, and emerge victorious!
