Epic Age has followed in the footsteps of LotR Rise to War by running a 4X MMO Mobile Game that encompasses Seasons. This is quite unusual in the space with most, such as Evony and Rise of Kingdoms, running a living game format. However, Seasons have proved massively popular in other genres and now it seems to be the case here too! In this Epic Age Season Guide learn what this means for you in your gameplay.
What are Seasons in Epic Age
In Epic Age, a Season represents about 3 months of gameplay on a server with the same group of players. In a Season, there may be a particular objective or scenario that players must work towards to gain access to special rewards. At the end of Season, a new Season will start with what could be a new group of players and a new scenario or objective.

In addition, at the end of each Season, certain parts of a player’s account will be wiped which we will cover in more detail below. The idea behind Seasons is to keep the game fresh with constant new players to battle against and interesting scenarios to complete. It can also be sued to balance the game better by wiping certain aspects of every player’s account.

Epic Age End of Season Tips
As you do not get to take everything with you into your next Season, there are a few things you can do which will maximize what does come with you. Below are our Epic Age End of Season Tips which should help take more when your Season does eventually end.
- Spend all Your Silver – you cannot take your Silver with you to the next Season and it is therefore important to ensure that you spend it on something useful before the Season ends. In this Epic Age Season Guide we recommend using it for Elite Recruitment to hopefully get some Elite duplicate Heroes.
Epic Age Season Details

Each new Season of Epic Age brings about fresh changes to the gameplay for players. This can range from new Heroes, Civilizations, to completely new Scenarios for players to battle over. Below is a log of the Epic Age Seasons so far and what the main features of each were.
Epic Age Season 1
Season 1 of Epic Age was first released as part of the Open Beta of the game. In this first season, there is no official scenario, instead, it encourages players to work together and increase the rank of their guilds.
Rewards are then distributed at the end of the season based on your Guild’s final rank. Ranks are improved by increasing your Guild Level, number of Guild members, and occupying Cities. Rewards are given to Guilds whose rank reaches Dynasty, Empire, or Kingdom. These rewards and rank requirements are outlined below.
Season 1 Rank Requirements
As mentioned above, to be eligible for end-of-season rewards, your Guild must reach Kingdom, Empire, or Dynasty rank. The requirements for each of these ranks can be seen below.
- Kingdom – Guild level 34, 90 members, occupy 12 cities and occupy 1 Metropolis City.
- Empire – Guild level 38, 100 members, occupy 16 cities and occupy 1 Metropolis City.
- Dynasty – Guild level 42, 120 members, occupy 20 cities and occupy Atlantis and 4 Metropolis City.
