Dislyte Esper Guides: Chloe (Medea)

Originating from Medea, an enchantress from Greek mythology who helped Jason, leader of the Argonauts, to obtain the Golden Fleece, Chloe is an Epic Inferno Fighter Esper. She is able to deal huge damage with multi-hit attacks that can also steal buffs and inflict Buff Blocker debuffs.

Chloe Details

Is Chloe a Good Esper in Dislyte?

Chloe is a pure Fighter that is able to deal huge damage across her abilities and is also able to steal buffs from the enemy. This makes her a great option as a nuker in much of the game’s PvE and PvP content, such as Desolate Lands, Sonic Miracle, and Point War.

Although her ability to deal massive damage is pretty clear, her ability to steal buffs from the enemy should not be forgotten. Indeed, she is capable of stripping the enemy team of buffs quite quickly. This is pretty unusual for a Fighter Esper.

Her third ability, Fashion Sense, attacks random enemies 5 times with each hit capable of stealing 2 buffs. Her basic ability, Trending, attacks an enemy 2 times with each hit having a chance to steal 1 buff. Lastly, her second ability, Stage of Fantasy, attacks random enemies 4 times and inflicts Buff Blocker on targets with no buffs.

However, the random nature of Chloe’s Stage of Fantasy and Fashion Sense is a pretty clear disadvantage of her kit when there are several enemies remaining. This prevents you from getting her to focus on just one enemy you really want out of the battle.

Chloe Abilities

In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. • Level 1: Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Damage per hit: 50% ATK. Each hit has a 50% chance of stealing 1 buff.
• Level 2: Damage increased to 55%.
• Level 3: Damage increased to 60%.
• Level 4: Damage increased to 65%
• Level 5: Damage increased to 70%.

Stage of Fantasy

• Level 1: Performs single-target attacks 4 times on random enemies. Damage per hit: 60% ATK. Inflicts Buff Blocker on targets without any buffs for 2 turns. Chloe’s buffs +1 turn.
• Level 2: Damage increased to 65%.
• Level 3: Damage increased to 70%.
• Level 4: Damage increased to 75%.
• Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.

Fashion Sense

• Level 1: Attacks random enemies 5 times. Damage per hit: 75% ATK. Each hit steals 2 buffs. For every buff Chloe has, damage +10%.
• Level 2: Damage increased to 80%.
• Level 3: Damage increased to 85%.
• Level 4: Damage increased to 90%.
• Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.

Chloe Captain Ability

Increases ally ACC by 30%.

Chloe Ascension

All Espers in Dislyte can be further ascended to improve their stats starting from level 1. They can then be ascended again at levels 10/20/30/40/50 up to a total of 6 Ascensions. For more details on Ascending your Espers, check out our Dislyte Esper Guide.

• Phase 2: DEF +70, HP +340, ATK +25
• Phase 3: Upgraded Stage of Fantasy
• Phase 4: HP +10%
• Phase 5: ATK +15%
• Phase 6: C. RATE +15%

Chloe Resonance

Chloe Divinate

You can collect Divinates for an Esper to increase their Divinate tier up to a maximum tier of 6. You can learn more about this feature in our Dislyte Esper Guide. The below shows the buffs Chloe receives at her maximum Divinate tier and maximum Divinate level:

• ATK +540
• HP +2,290
• Base ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP +20%
• When the bearer’s HP is full, Stage of Fantasy’s Final Damage +15%

Chloe Equipment

Some players may be tempted to focus on a build that buffs Chloe’s ACC to increase the chance of her stealing buffs. However, we believe it is better to focus on her damage as her multi-hits already give her plenty of chances to steal buffs. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:

• War: ATK +30%
• Wind: SPD +25%
• Fiery: C.RATE +20%

Lastly, Chloe’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize C. RATE, C. DMG, ATK BONUS, ACC, and SPD.
