In Dislyte, you can face several different bosses in the Ritual Miracle, such as Kronos, Apep, Andras, and Fafnir. Best Espers for Apep
The Ritual Miracle’s Apep is of the Wind Element, and therefore the best Dislyte Espers to fight it will typically be from the Inferno Element which has an advantage. In addition, Apep’s passive adds a stackable poison debuff called Chaos Surging to all its attacks which can be detonated for huge damage and healing for Apep.
To counter this, you’ll need a team that can dispel debuffs, prevents Apep from healing, and can deal high damage at the same time. In this list of the Best Dislyte Espers for Apep, we highlight those that will work best at performing those duties outlined above. Alexa (Aphrodite)
Alexa is a Healer Esper, that while useful in any battle, is not the main reason for her inclusion in this list of the Best Dislyte Espers for the Apep Ritual Miracle. Indeed, it is actually her capability to dispel debuffs that gives her the most use for Apep.
Her second ability, Phantasia, dispels 1 debuff from all allies and then provides some healing. This will effectively take away one poison Chasos Surging Stack from each Esper. In addition, her third ability, Kiss of the Nightingale, grants Kiss of the Nightingale to 1 ally who then reflects back a certain proportion of the damage they take back at the attacker and dispels a debuff from them at the start of their turn.

Lin Xiao (White Tiger)
Lin Xiao is a Fighter that, although doesn’t have an Elemental advantage as she is a Shimmer Esper, can prevent Apep healing with the diseased debuff and is also able to deal a significant amount of damage. This is a pretty good combination for taking on Apep
Her basic ability, Tiger Fist, damages the enemy and then has a chance to inflict Diseased to prevent healing. In addition, when the hit is a CRIT, she will reduce the target’s AP. Perfect for slowing down Apep and reducing its HP and keeping it there! Her other abilities provide further damage and debuffs that can increase the damage that Apep takes.

Abigail (Frigga)
Although Abigail does not possess any of the 3 key things needed to defeat Apep, namely debuff dispels, heal blocking, or high damage, she is still one of the Best Healer Espers in Dislyte. As such, she can still do a job against Apep by keeping your team alive and buffed. Indeed, each ability in her kit will prove useful in this regard.
Her basic ability, Thorny Brambles, deals damage, casts Sleep, and heals herself. Her second ability, Rose Blessing, gives Abigail Recovery for 2 turns and grants DEF Up and Shield to all allies. Abigail’s third ability, Queen’s Gift, increases the AP of one ally by 100%, revives them if they have already fallen, and gives Absorb and ATK Up to all allies. Not bad at all!

Drew (Anubis)
Drew is the only Rare Esper on this list but he is included for a very good reason, he is an absolute savage damage dealer especially once fully Ascended and at max Resonance. All very achievable for a Rare Esper, and also one of the reasons why he is on our list of the Best Espers for Free Players.
In terms of his damage, all 3 of his abilities can pack a serious punch against Apep. His third ability, Death’s Judgment, deals massive single-target damage which can attack again, whilst ignoring defense if it makes a kill.
His second ability, Shadow Shock, deals more massive damage and can inflict DEF Down. Lastly, his basic ability, Piercing Strike, deals good damage and reduces the cooldown on Death’s Judgment by 1 turn if it makes a CRIT hit.

Stewart (Dionysus)
Stewart is another Fighter to make it into this list of the Best Dislyte Espers for the Apep Ritual Miracle. However, versus some of the other options on this list, he is perhaps a little weaker in terms of his damage output. Indeed, much of his attraction outside of Apep is his ability to put opponents to Sleep with all of his abilities but this does not work against Apep.
So why is he included here? Well his third ability, Time Vortex, is capable of doing huge damage against bosses. Not only is its base damage massive, but upon a crit, it will do True Damage based on the target’s max HP which against Apep is massive. You’ll need to time this attack right though as the cooldown is long and also puts Stewart himself to sleep!

Brewster (Garmr)
Brewster not only can deal decent damage with his abilities, but he is also able to assist his allies every time they attack for additional damage, increase the C. RATE for all his allies, and erase the AP of the enemy on a CRIT hit. This will all come in useful against Apep, in particular for grinding down its health and preventing it from taking as many turns.
The highlight of Brewster’s kit in terms of Apep is his third ability, Eat This!, which deals high damage, gives him 5 Reload! Attack! stacks, and, upon a Crit, erases the enemy’s AP. Whenever an ally attacks, he consumes a Reload! Attack! stack and assist the ally in attacking Apep.

Jin Yuyao (Queen Mother)
Jin Yuyao is a Legendary Support Esper that proves useful against Apep due to her debuff dispel capabilities which can negate some of the threats posed by Apep’s poisons. She is also able to transfer all ally debuffs to the enemy and heal her allies for a small amount of their max HP.
Jin Yuyao’s passive ability, Mount Kunlun’s Blessing, is the most useful part of her kit for facing Apep. At the start of her turn, she will dispel 1 debuff from each ally, heal all allies for a small amount and increase her AP. When built with SPD she is able to act more often which will maximize the utility of this passive.
In addition, her third ability, Mount Kunlun’s Rage, can be very powerful against Apep. Although the component of this ability that reduces the enemy’s AP after dispelling a buff from them does not work, due to Apep not receiving any buffs, it can still transfer all ally debuffs to the target. This is huge as it will move all your team poisons back to Apep.

Clara (Hera)
Clara is one of the Best Healers in Dislyte and also makes this list of the Best Espers for Apep due to this healing ability and also her skill as a debuff dispeller. This kit is very useful against Apep as it will be able to get rid of some of the poisons it hits your team for and also keep them topped up with HP at the same time.
Her passive ability, Queen’s Protection, cleanses debuffs from allies when they are healed and grants them a shield for 2 turns if the healing brings the Esper back to 100% HP. Both her other abilities heal and this is therefore highly effective at keeping allies clear of Apep’s poisons.
In addition to this, Clara’s third ability, Hymn of Life, dispels one debuff from each ally and grants Immunity to allies without any debuffs for one turn. As this ability also heals, when combined with her passive it effectively clears 2 poisons from each Esper. Immunity also prevents them from taking fresh poisons on Apep’s next attack.

Djoser (Atum)
Djoser is perhaps the best Esper in the game at preventing Apep from healing itself and ignoring/dispelling poisons that he has been afflicted with. On top of this, even though he is a Defender, he is capable of dealing some pretty good damage.
His kit makes use of a unique buff just to this Esper called Bull Rage. His third ability, Burning Roar, grants him these stacks and also hits for damage that scales off of his massive DEF stat and hits the enemy for DEF Down.
When he has active Bull Rage stacks, his passive, Eternal Strength, makes all his attacks inflict the enemy with Diseased which prevents them from healing. This is hugely important for Apep who can quickly get back to full health. He can also consume his Bull Rage stacks to ignore any debuffs, such as poison, that he is afflicted with.

Sander (Set)
Sander is a Controller Esper that is able to effectively reduce Apep’s AP and also deal some pretty significant damage. His damage scales off of his SPD and as one of the Fastest Espers in Dislyte, this can get pretty big when built with an additional focus on this.
His basic ability, Dusts of Mazzar, deals decent damage and has a chance to reduce Apep’s AP. His second ability, Corrosion, again deals decent damage and can grant himself SPD Up and the enemy SPD Down. Lastly, his third ability, Sandstorm, deals damage with massive scaling off of his SPD. It also has a chance of a large AP reduction to the enemy.

Embla (Ymir)
As a Fighter Esper, you’ll be expecting Embla to deal high damage to Apep and she does not disappoint. All 3 of her abilities deal good damage to the enemy, with her second and third abilities, Chaotic Thrust and Desolate Flower, hitting their target multiple times. However, it is her unique debuff, Corrupted Seed, that really makes her shine against Apep.
With every attack that Embla makes, she is able to infect her targets with a stack of Corrupted Seed and when an enemy becomes afflicted by Corrupted Seed, the target can become Diseased whenever they take a hit. This is huge for Apep as it essentially means that every Esper on your team is able to debuff it with Diseased to stop it from healing. In addition, the Corrupted Seed stacks can be detonated for huge damage.
