Point War is one of the most competitive game modes that Dislyte has to offer. Best Dislyte Point War Espers

First up, let’s take a look at the Best Dislyte Point War Espers that the game has to offer. Of course, you need to remember that having one of these Espers is just the start, and you’ll need to craft a synergized team to truly ascend the Point War leagues. Don’t worry though, we’ll cover some of the Best Point War Teams later on in this article.

Tiye (Nut)

Tiye is highly regarded when it comes to Point War due to her ability to steal enemy AP and distribute it to herself and her allies. Indeed, AP is hugely important in this game mode, with those who act first and the most often usually ending up as the victor. To add a little extra spice to her kit, she can also apply debuffs such as Stun and SPD Down, and even dispel one buff from each enemy.

As should be no surprise from one of the best AP disrupters in the game, each of her abilities can impact this key stat. Her basic ability, Nightbringer, steals 20% AP and her second ability, Starstruck, absorbs 10% of all enemys’ AP if their SPD is below Tiye’s.

Lastly, her third ability, Devouring Void, absorbs 30% of each enemy’s AP, distributing it to allies. It also attacks all enemies and swaps the AP of the enemy with the highest amount with that of the ally with the lowest amount of AP. This is great for quickly getting one of your Espers right back up the turn order, almost like giving that an extra turn.

Ethan (Pan)

Ethan is a beast when it comes to supporting his allies with powerful buffs and reigning havoc on the enemy team with debuffs that increase the damage they take. This is super useful in Point War as it can take the kick out of some really powerful attacks from the enemy and also help you drive down the health of the enemy tanks. On top of this, he can also reduce the AP of the enemy by 20% with his basic ability, Chaos Sound.

However, the highlight of his kit when it comes to making him one of the Best Dislyte Espers for Point War is his third ability, Enchanting Song. When cast, it grants all allied Espers Magic Tune and Immunity. Magic Tune increases C. RATE, C. DMG, and SPD, reduces their chance of taking a Crit, AND grants Ethan 50% of the AP boost that any enemies receive. A great counter against Enemy AP pushers.

Ethan’s second ability, Joyful Delights, attacks all enemies 3 times and debuffs them with DEF Down and a unique debuff called Panic Gaze. When afflicted with Panic Gaze, whenever the carrier casts a basic ability, it removes Magic Tune from the target and damages the carrier with True Damage as a percentage of their Max HP. This kit is a real pain for the enemy to battle against.

Ashley (Heimdall)

Ashley is the first Fighter on this list of the Best Espers for Point War and with good reason, a kit that can both deal damage and buff her team’s damage and AP. On top of this, she can debuff the enemy with SPD Down and Stun. However, the real star of the show is her unique buff called Rainbow Bridge.

Ashley gains 3 stacks of Rainbow Bridge at the start of combat and another 5 when she uses her third ability, Daring Spirit which also grants her DEF Up and Shield, grants ATK Up to all allies, and attacks all enemies.

With Rainbow Bridge active, when an ally makes a crit they deal extra True Damage that scales on Ashley’s ATK and reduces the target’s AP. When an ally is hit by a crit, it increases the AP of all allies by 10%. This is clearly not to be sniffed at and is a great counter against any crit-heavy teams.

Clara (Hera)

As one of the Best Healers in Dislyte, Clara is super useful throughout a lot of the game’s content, and that definitely extends into Point War. Indeed, it is her ability to AP push, dispel debuffs, and distribute massive heals that really makes her excel here.

This is all driven by her third ability, Hymn of Life. When used, she boosts the AP of all allies by 20%, heals them all by a percentage of their max HP, dispels 1 debuff from each of them, and also grants Immunity to allies without any debuffs. This, quite simply, is stacked and ticks many of the boxes of what you need in Point War.

On top of this, she also has a passive, Queen’s Protection, that dispels a debuff from an ally whenever they receive healing, and a basic ability, Queen’s Blessing, that heals 2 allies with the lowest health. With Clara in your team, you’ll see the survivability of your Espers increase massively and also make it a real struggle for the enemy to get their debuffs to stick.

Feng Nuxi (Nuwa)

Best Dislyte Point War Teams and Espers - Fen Nuxi (Nuwa)

Feng Nuxi is incredible when it comes to stripping buffs from the enemy Espers, making her a great counter to any Point War teams with a focus on this. However, it doesn’t end there with her and she can also AP push, extend enemy cooldowns, reduce ally cooldowns, AND decrease enemy AP.

This ability to mess with enemy cooldowns is really frustrating for the enemy to battle against. If she is able to act before some of the enemy’s most important Espers, then she can quickly prevent them from using their powerful third abilities for 2 turns. This is driven by her third ability, Summon Worldstone, which also attacks enemies 4 times, grants her Paper Talisman stacks, dispels a buff with each hit, and buffs her AP for each buff dispelled.

Xuan Pin (Jiutian Xuannu)

Best Dislyte Point War Espers - Xuan Pin

Xuan Pin is yet another AP pusher to make this list of the Best Dislyte Espers for Point War. However, as you probably expect by now, that is not all there is to her. Indeed, just taking a quick look at her abilities can be pretty overwhelming due to the sheer volume of unique buffs she is able to make use of.

For now, though, let’s stick to the basics, her AP pushing. Her first ability, Strategic Pieces, grants 15% AP to allies with Horse and Chariot. Heavy Cannonade, her second ability, grants an ally 50% AP and Cannon, as well as attacking all enemies, inflicting DEF Down, and dispelling Shields.

With the above, she is already OP for Point War, and that’s before we have even looked at her third skill, Checkmate. With this, she grants Soldier to all allies, Horse to the 2 allies with the highest ATK, attacks all enemies with additional True Damage based on enemy max HP, and inflicts Miss Rate Up.

Abigail (Frigga)

Alongside Clara, another Healer with good AP pushing for Point War is Abigail. She is also able to distribute a healthy amount of buffs, revive a fallen Esper, and reduce ability cooldowns by a significant amount.

In terms of ally protection, you’ll be using her first and second abilities, Thorny Brambles and Rose Blessing. Depending on the ability you use, these have a chance to heal, grant Shields, inflict Sleep, and buff allies with Recovery and Defense Up.

For AP pushing, you’ll be using Abigail’s third ability, Queen’s Gift, which has a range of outcomes depending on the Esper you use it on. It grants an ally 70% AP and a reduction to their ability cooldowns of 3 turns. However, if the ally has fallen, it instead revives and heals them. It also grants Absorb and ATK Up to all allies for 2 turns.

Tevor (Sphinx)

Tevor is an absolute savage when it comes to Point War. He is capable of huge chain kills, dispelling buffs, and absorbing enemy AP for extra turns. Indeed, his third ability, Neko-Giftbox, dispels all buffs on a target, attacks them, and then absorbs all their AP. If you target an Esper that is next to act, then this can essentially give Tevor an extra turn.

However, it is his passive ability, Neko-Analysis, that truly unlocks his potential. This marks 3 enemies at the start of his turn. The Espers marked are those with the highest ATK, highest DEF, and highest Max HP. Depending on why they have been marked, Tevor’s next attack will be boosted in a certain way. Hitting these marked Espers can lead to huge damage and grants him Neko-Sense upon killing the target which resets his cooldowns.
