Is Parmi a Good Esper in Dislyte?

A Parmi is a useful Controller Esper who is able to both disrupt the enemy team and also hit for some good damage that scales off of her SPD stat. With the right build, she can cycle through her abilities quickly to get out more AP manipulation and Stuns, and also wipe some HP from even some of the strongest enemies. She is also an Epic Esper which makes her easier to Resonate versus her Legendary counterparts.

Her third skill, Fantasy Crater, is her main damage-dealing ability which scales its power off of her SPD. It also has a good chance to Stun the enemy.

Additionally, her second ability, Pipedream Echo, should not be overlooked. It also does damage that scales off of her SPD and also reduces the entire enemy team’s AP by 30% and has a chance to inflict DEF Down. This is very useful to keep the enemy back in the turn order and can prove particularly useful against certain bosses, such as in the Ritual Miracle and Desolate Lands, and in the Point War.

Parmi Equipment

Parmi completely relies on having high SPD in order to get her AP manipulation and Stuns out as much as possible whilst also increasing her damage. She can also benefit from some ACC to help her land her debuffs more often. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:

  • Wind: SPD +30%
  • Recurve: ACC +25%

Lastly, Parmi’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize HP BONUS, ACC, and SPD.
