Originating from Osiris, Egyptian god of the afterlife and resurrection, Ollie is a Fighter Esper with a particular focus on soaking up hits from his allies, both by taunting opponents and protecting himself from the damage and by protecting them from killing blows. This makes him very supportive in nature, but he’s still able to deal great damage!

Is Ollie a Good Esper in Dislyte?
Ollie is one of my favorite Espers, particularly when it comes to Point War and Kronos. Though he isn’t one of the Espers with resurrection capabilities, his ability to allow Espers to survive otherwise fatal attacks combined with good healing can result in match-deciding recoveries.
Though he’s not the best Esper at damage dealing despite his role as a Fighter, he’s still able to deal some good damage and, tactically used, his most damaging attack can also make him invulnerable to powerful attacks as long as you know they’re coming. As such, Ollie can be a little harder to use, but very rewarding.
Ollie Abilities
In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. For more details on improving an Esper’s abilities, check out our Dislyte Esper Guide.

Ollie Equipment
Ollie’s main issue is that his ability cooldowns are incredibly long, and usually you’ll only be able to use his passive once. Although this can be moved past by upgrading his abilities, Legendary Abilimon are incredibly difficult to come by and target a random ability each time.
Along with remedying this, it’s also important to focus on Ollie’s health and defense, as one of his attacks does cause him to be the target of enemy attacks. While he is able to grant himself Invincibility in more than one way, this won’t always last.
On top of this, other players will likely target him first so that their effort in taking down another one of your Espers isn’t ruined by Ollie’s passive. As such, he needs to be able to withstand such attacks. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:
- Ocean: Grants a 35% chance of reducing all ability cooldowns by 1 turn after an ability is used
- Recurve: +25% ACC
- Grove: +25% HP
Lastly, Ollie’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize HP, DEF, and SPD.
