Is Ife a Good Esper in Dislyte?

Ife is a 5* Inferno Fighter Esper with a focus on DPS and hitting the enemy team with debuffs. These debuffs include Stun, SPD Down, and Poison, all making for a very strong Fighter. In addition, she has a huge HP for a Fighter Esper, allowing her to stay in the battle longer than many of her contemporaries.

A priority for Ife should also be to get her Ascension completed up to Phase 3 as soon as possible. This improves her Sludge Bomb ability by allowing her to absorb 5% of all enemies’ AP that are inflicted with Poison. This AP control, along with her high number of debuffs, makes her a solid hybrid between a Support and a Fighter.

Ife Abilities

In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. For more details on improving an Esper’s abilities, check out our Dislyte Esper Guide.

Ife Resonance

Each Esper can conduct up to 6 Resonances. Each Resonance unlocks Divine Gates that boost an Esper’s powers through higher stats or stronger abilities. You can learn more about this feature in our Dislyte Esper Guide. See below for this Esper’s Resonance buffs.

Divine GateDescription
OverloadGust: Final Damage +10%.
MorphSludge Bomb: Poison and ATK Down extended to 3 turns.
BlessingBase ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP +15%.
Accurate AimWhen the target is not buffed, Ife’s Miss Rate –30%.
AuraBase ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP +20%.
MorphTail Whip: Launching a pursuit attack changed to gaining 1 turn.

Ife Equipment

Ife can be considered a mix between a Controller and a Fighter with her combination of her high HP, damage output, and debuff abilities. She also gains counterattack chances when damaging enemies already debuffed.

With this in consideration, it is important to make sure her debuffs land and also give her additional chances to disrupt the enemy. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:

  • Tyranny: Damage dealt has a 20% chance of Stunning the target for 1 turn upon dealing damage.
  • Recurve: ACC +25%.

Lastly, Ife’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize C. DMG, C. RATE, ATK BONUS, and SPD.
