Originating from Heket, an Egyptian goddess of fertility who was represented in the form of a frog, Lauren is a Rare Shimmer Support Esper. She is primarily a Healer that can also buff ally AP and revive fallen allies.

Is Lauren a Good Esper in Dislyte?
Although not one of the Best Healer Espers in Dislyte, she can still be an excellent choice for this role in the early game. Indeed, as a Rare Esper, you’ll be able to pick up multiple copies of her for Resonance which is particularly useful considering she is a Shimmer Esper with no inherent weakness to other elements.
This highlight of her kit is her ability to revive a selected fallen ally when using her third ability, Healing Water, which can be useful in bringing one of your damage dealers back into the fray. It also heals this ally for a small amount. Additionally, her second ability, Brush of Vitality, does a small amount of healing to one ally as well as boosting their AP.
Lauren Abilities
In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. - Level 1: Attacks 1 enemy. Damage: 100% ATK. 40% chance of inflicting SPD Down for 2 turns.
- Level 2: Damage increased to 105%.
- Level 3: Damage increased to 110%.
- Level 4: Damage increased to 115%
- Level 5: Damage increased to 120%.
Brush of Vitality
- Level 1: Heals 1 ally. Healing: 25% of their Max HP. The ally’s AP +50%. Lauren’s current HP –20%.
- Level 2: Healing amount increased to 30%.
- Level 3: Healing amount increased to 35%.
- Level 4: Healing amount increased to 40%.
- Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.
Healing Water
- Level 1: Heals 1 ally. Healing: 10% of their Max HP. Can revive a fallen target. Gains 1 turn.
- Level 2: Healing amount increased to 13%.
- Level 3: Healing amount increased to 16%.
- Level 4: Healing amount increased to 20%.
- Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.
Lauren Captain Ability
Increases ally DEF by 18%.
Lauren Ascension

Lauren Resonance

Lauren Divinate

Lauren Equipment
Overall, the base healing provided by Lauren is quite low versus other Healers. Therefore, you’ll want to make sure you increase this with the right Equipment. Additionally, she can benefit from extra HP to improve her durability or the ability to Shield allies in order to improve her Support credentials. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:
- Panacea: Healing Efficacy +30%
- Grove: HP +25%
- Aegis: All allies Espers start the battle with a Shield equal to 15% of their max HP which lasts 2 turns.
Lastly, Lauren’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize HP BONUS and SPD.
