Is Norah a Good Esper in Dislyte?

Norah’s third ability, Hearing the Divine, is a savage AoE attack that attacks all enemies 4 times. In addition to this, it inflicts them all with ATK Down and extends all their debuffs by 1 turn. This is particularly useful if working with other debuff Espers such as Gabrielle. The fourth hit deals True Damage based on the target’s Max HP which is a great counter for any tank teams you come across.

Her second ability, Rainbow Rondo, is also quite interesting and acts as a sort of passive after it is cast. Indeed, when any of her teammates take damage before her next turn, Norah has a chance to counter with her first ability Tempo Trio which puts to use her 3 unique buffs.

Each time Tempo Trio is cast it attacks 1 enemy 3 times and then uses a different one of her unique buffs at each use. These are cycled through in a loop and are as follows:

  • Presto – Upon dealing damage, inflicts additional True Damage equal to 3% of the target’s Max HP, up to 50% of the carrier’s ATK.
  • Andante – Upon dealing damage, reduces the target’s AP by 10%.
  • Largo – Upon dealing damage, dispels 1 buff from the target.

Norah Abilities

In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. For more details on improving an Esper’s abilities, check out our Dislyte Esper Guide.

The last hit deals extra True Damage. True Damage: 15% of the target’s Max HP, up to 150% of Norah’s ATK. • Level 3: Damage increased to 120%.
  • Level 4: Damage increased to 144%.

Norah Resonance

Each Esper can conduct up to 6 Resonances. Each Resonance unlocks Divine Gates that boost an Esper’s powers through higher stats or stronger abilities. You can learn more about this feature in our Dislyte Esper Guide. See below for this Esper’s Resonance buffs.

Norah Divinate

You can collect Divinates for an Esper to increase their Divinate tier up to a maximum tier of 6. You can learn more about this feature in our Dislyte Esper Guide. The below shows the buffs Norah receives at her maximum Divinate tier and maximum Divinate level:

  • ATK +900
  • HP +3,815
  • Base ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP +30%
  • After casting Halcyon Harmonic, the bearer has a 100% chance of gaining ATK Up for 1 turn

Norah Equipment

Somewhat unusually, Norah’s kit is heavily reliant on getting her basic ability, Tempo Trio, out as often as possible to make use of her 3 unique buffs. As such, a focus on maximizing her use of this ability through your Equipment choice will be highly beneficial. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:

  • Relief: When teammates cast basic Abilities, the wearer has a 25% chance of performing an Assist Attack on targets with their basic Ability (only triggers once per turn when there are multiple wearers).
  • Avatara: 25% chance of Counterattack upon taking damage.

Lastly, Norah’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize ATK BONUS, ACC, and SPD.
