Is Alolin a Good Esper in Dislyte?
Alolin is all about his ability to get out Bleed debuffs. His third ability, Veiled Gusts, attacks all enemies 3 times with each hit inflicting Bleed and his basic ability, Stinghook, deals Bleed damage immediately if the target is already afflicted with it and then inflicts another Bleed stack.
His passive, Plague Famine, assists even further by reducing his cooldowns by 1 turn when an enemy makes an ally’s Bleed end early. This is a nice counter against teams making use of dispellers by ensuring Alolin can get out his third ability as often as possible. Due to his focus on Bleed, he will also work well in a Bleed Team alongside Espers such as Embla and Camille.
Alolin Abilities
In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. Alolin Equipment
As a Bleed focused Fighter Esper, you’ll want to give Alolin Equipment that maximizes the chance of this debuff landing. Additionally, as Bleed deals damage based on the caster’s ATK, you’ll also want to maximize this stat. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:
- War: ATK +30%
- Recurve: ACC +25%
Lastly, Alolin’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize ATK BONUS, ACC, and SPD.
