Originating from Jiao Tu, one of the nine sons of the Dragon King from Chinese mythology, Lian is a Legendary Flow Support Esper. She is a defensive support who can each, AP manipulation, shield, and even revive her allies.

Is Lian a Good Esper in Dislyte?
Lian is an excellent Support Esper with a great combination of healing, AP manipulation, and Shields. She also makes use of a unique buff, Dream Bubble, which increases enemy Miss Rate, revives allies, and increases the effectiveness of her healing even more. This all works towards making her easily one of the Best Healers in Dislyte that also does a great job against Kronos.
Her second ability, Bubble Bath, has huge potential due to its low cooldown of just 3 turns when its level is maxed which can be further decreased with the Ocean Set. It attacks an enemy 4 times for damage that scales off her HP, and has a chance to decrease their AP with each hit, each hit also heals an ally and boosts their AP at Ascension Phase 3.
Her third ability, Protective Foam, grants her the Dream Bubble unique buff allowing her to heal and revive fallen allies. It also grants allies DEF Up and Shield with shield strength that scales off her HP. This Shield can be huge when she is built with Equipment to maximize her HP.
Lian Abilities
In battle, an Esper will utilize their abilities in order to deal damage to the enemy and support their team. All Dislyte Esper Abilities start at Level 1 and can be increased further depending on the ability. Each additional level will improve the ability in a certain way. Droplet Attack
- Level 1: Attacks 1 enemy. Damage: 30% ATK + 4% Max HP. 60% chance of inflicting ATK Down for 2 turns. Grants Recovery to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 2 turns.
- Level 2: HP-damage conversion ratio increased to 4.5%.
- Level 3: Trigger Chance increased to 80%.
- Level 4: HP-damage conversion ratio increased to 5%.
- Level 5: Trigger Chance increased to 100%.
Bubble Bath
- Level 1: Attacks 1 enemy 4 times. Damage per hit: 15% ATK + 2.5% Max HP. Each hit has a 30% chance of inflicting them –10% AP. Each hit heals the ally with the lowest HP percentage. Healing: 6% of Lian’s Max HP. Each hit grants the ally 10% AP.
- Level 2: Healing amount increased to 7%.
- Level 3: Trigger Chance increased to 50%.
- Level 4: Healing amount increased to 8%.
- Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.
Protective Foam
- Level 1: Gains Dream Bubble for 2 turns. Grants all allies DEF Up and Shield for 2 turns. Shield Strength: 30% of Lian’s Max HP.
- Level 2: Shield strength increased to 40%.
- Level 3: Shield strength increased to 50%.
- Level 4: Shield strength increased to 60%.
- Level 5: Cooldown reduced by 1 turn.
Lian Captain Ability
Increases ally HP by 30%.
Lian Ascension

Lian Resonance

Lian Divinate
You can collect Divinates for an Esper to increase their Divinate tier up to a maximum tier of 6. You can learn more about this feature in our Dislyte Esper Guide. The below shows the buffs Lian receives at her maximum Divinate tier and maximum Divinate level:
- ATK +255
- HP +9,876
- Base ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP +30%
- At the start of a round, the bearer has a 50% chance of granting 2 allies Immunity for 1 turn
Lian Equipment
Lian has a couple of choices for her 4 piece set. You can either look to increase her healing efficiency or reduce her cooldown to allow her to get her best abilities out more often. Next, you’ll want to increase her HP to maximize her shield strength. Therefore, you should look to apply the following sets:
- Panacea: Healing Efficacy +30%
- Ocean: Grants a 25% chance of reducing al ability cooldowns by 1 turn at the start of the Esper’s turn.
- Grove: HP +25%
Lastly, Lian’s Equipment characteristics should prioritize HP BONUS, DEF BONUS, and SPD.
