Marvel strike force is one of the most popular mobile games in the market at the moment. However, it is one of the most daunting games to learn as a newcomer. If you’re a newbie facing some troubles starting out, these Marvel Strike Force Tips and Tricks will make you a seasoned player in no time!
Marvel Strike Force Tips and Tricks
Get these Marvel Strike Force Characters Early
Starting out, you’ll want to focus on getting three characters. Black Bolt, Ebony Maw, and Phoenix are some of the strongest characters in the game. They have their own requirements to unlock.
- Black Bolt – Five Asgardian Characters
- Ebony Maw – Five Inhuman Characters
- Phoenix – Five Mystic/Villain/Controller Characters
Max your Characters
Maxing out your characters is one of the most important aspects of Marvel Strike Force. This is because many different game modes will require different types of characters to complete.
Naturally, if they are maxed out, they will be much more efficient at every single quest. This will give you a little leeway in your play style, and give you some breathing room in the characters you choose to play.

Get a Portable Power Bank
Marvel Strike Force is a great game but will use a lot of your Mobile Phone’s battery. Getting a portable charger will ensure this is no longer a problem. Check out our list of the Best Mobile Phone Power Banks for Gaming.
Avoid Splash Damage
Team Positioning plays a huge role in your gameplay, especially during battles against actual players. The one thing that you should always do is keep your Taunting and Tank characters at the very edge.
This helps to avoid Splash damage to characters on your left and right. If your Tank is in the middle and they get hit, the characters to its left and right will also get Splash damage.
In this way, you can avoid incoming Splash damage with absolute ease depending on how large your squad is.
Focus on Your Daily Objectives
Focusing on your daily objectives in the game can gain you a ton of XP, in-game items, and currency. Often, players choose to focus only on the campaign or the popular PvP battles.
However, you can do both and yet still focus on doing your daily objectives. Depending on the objective, you can get a ton of rewards; both short-term and long-term.
Don’t be Scared to Retreat
If you’re new to the Marvel Strike Force scene, you should know one thing as an absolute certainty; there will always be battles that you will lose.
Of course, that doesn’t mean you have to drop a tier every time you lost a battle. Dropping a tier only happens if you actually lose the match, and oftentimes you still have the retreat option available.
If you choose to retreat, you will not drop down a tier. This option is best used when you’re losing a battle that you do not want to lose.

Marvel Strike Force Team Composition
Marvel Strike Force is all about Team Composition. Your characters and your teams are all that matter for the most part, and you will have to figure out your play style early on in the game. As part of this, it is key to know the different classes.
- Protector
- Brawler
- Support
- Blaster
- Controller
It’s always much better to have variety in your squad, you can’t have a squad of 5 Brawlers, because they might be able to deal a lot of damage but they won’t be able to sustain themselves in a fight due to low heath.
Similarly, having 5 Protectors won’t do anything, because there won’t be enough damage output. Balance is the key, and figuring out your play style is important.

Marvel Strike Force Orbs
There’s an abundance of stores in the game, and most of them will offer you to buy 5 Character Shards for the currency in the game. However, buying shards will allow you to only get a few Character Shards for a particular character you need.
However, if you purchase Orbs in the store, you can get more Shards for much less currency usage.
Orbs can’t help you target a character to purchase because they are randomized in their drops. However, as a new player, they will be very important in getting you more Shards so you can get more unlocks at the start than you usually would.
Don’t Overdo Certain Game Modes
If you’re just starting out, it’s better if you focus on a few game modes rather than all of them. For example, a newbie would be best suited to playing the campaign and the real-time arena.
These are great learning points for players and will help you gain a ton of XP. However, if there is a resource such as daily objectives attached to other game modes, you should definitely do them. Dailies are quite important, so focus on them as much as possible.
