Is Casimir Pulaski a good general in Evony?

Casimir Pulaski has some utility from his 10% death to wounded skill for all troop types. However, overall, he is quite poor on all fronts. You should avoid developing him at all. If you must, he is just about best used with Siege Troops as an Evony Siege Defense General.

He was added to Evony as a replacement for Robert Lee. This was due to complaints from players about the real-world historical issues surrounding this General.

Father of the American Cavalry

Increases the attacking troops’ death-turning-wounded rate by 10% when General is leading the army.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Casimir Pulaski will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Marching Troops HP +10%.
• 2 Star – Enemy In-city Troop Wounded into Death rate +8%.
• 3 Star – When General is launching Alliance War, Rally Capacity +6%.
• 4 Star – Marching Troops Defense +15%.
• 5 Star – Marching Troops Attack +10%.

Everything for this build is focused on improving a very heavy siege march. This is likely only viable for big spenders as the gem repair cost could be very high. However, it is particularly potent and will cause huge damage to the enemy.
