Having the best Evony Duty Generals can make a huge difference to your game. These Generals have a Special Skill that is activated when they are assigned as the duty general for a specific building.
Skill boosts range from increasing your research speed to improving your hospital capacity.
Below is a full list of all the Evony Duty Generals and the details of the skill which is activated upon assigning them to the correct building. This list does not include Sub City or Defense Generals.
Assigning an Evony Duty General
In theory, any Evony General can be placed on duty at one of your buildings. However, each building has a certain level it must reach before a general can be assigned there.
In addition, each General must meet certain conditions based on their stats before they are allowed to be assigned on duty. As their stats improve, they also become better Evony Duty Generals and provide the building with better buffs.
You can see more details on this in our Evony General Guide.
Evony Duty Generals Buff
When assigned on duty to a building, the building will receive some buffs. The buff received will depend on the building and on the stats of the General assigned.
For example, a Ranged Camp with a General on duty will grant a ranged training speed buff whereas a General on duty at the Keep will grant a construction speed buff.
In addition to this, there are certain Evony Generals which are Duty General Specialists. These Generals possess certain skills when assigned to a specific building, which gives them even more buffs than your average General.
Evony Duty General Tips
Follow these tips to make the most of the buffs gained from Evony Duty Generals.
- Be careful when your Bubble is down, Evony Duty Generals can be killed if you are attacked.
- Getting your General to level 18 and 4 Stars is typically enough to meet the requirements to be assigned as a Duty General.
- If you see a Duty General from the list below in the Tavern, buy them. It is always worth the buffs.
- Some Duty Generals are only useful for PvP and others for Peace. Ensure you swap them around depending on what you are doing.
- Always have a General on duty at the Keep before starting a large construction. This will reduce building time a lot.
