Is Edward Teach a good general in Evony?

Edward Teach is easily one of the Best Siege PvP Generals in Evony. His Special Skill, Queen Anne’s Revenge, brings a huge 30% attack and defense buff to Siege Machines and an additional 10% attack buff if he has a Dragon or Spiritual Beast. His Specialities then add further buffs to Siege Machine HP, Defense, and Attack making his march both potent and durable.

In addition to this, all his buffs are active in both attack and defense. He can therefore make a great option as a Siege Defense General. Lastly, he also has some buffs to ranged Troops which can make him a viable option for a mixed Ranged Troop and Siege Machine march.

Edward Teach – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Queen Anne’s Revenge

Increases siege machines’ attack and defense by 30% when General is leading the army. Increases ranged troops and siege machines’ attack by 10% when General brings and dragon or Spiritual Beast.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Edward Teach will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Siege Machine Attack +5% and Defense +15%.
• 2 Star – Marching Troop Death into Wounded Rate +8%.
• 3 Star – Siege Machine Attack +5%; when General is launching Alliance War, Rally Capacity +8%.
• 4 Star – Siege Machine HP +55%.
• 5 Star – Siege Machine Attack +25% and Defense +25%.

Everything for this build is focused on improving a very heavy siege march. This is likely only viable for big spenders as the gem repair cost could be very high. However, it is particularly potent and will cause huge damage to the enemy.
