Is Blanche a good general in Evony?

Blanche is a Duty General who sees her buffs activate when made your Hospital Officer. The buffs she grants are significant with her Special Skill, Art of Regency, granting an increased hospital capacity and healing speed of 20%. In addition, it also increases Troop defense and HP by 8% whilst she is the hospital officer.

Increases hospital capacity and healing speed by 20% and troops’ defense and HP by 8% when General is the hospital officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Blanche will receive to her Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Troops Attack +5% and HP +10%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Enemy Troop HP -10% and Defense -10%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, In-city Troops Attack +10%, Defense and HP +10%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Enemy Troop HP -10% and Defense -10%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Troops HP +10% and Defense +10%.

Blanche – Specialities

As a pure Evony Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building.
