Is Liu Bei a good general in Evony?

Liu Bei is a Duty General who should be assigned as your Barracks Officer. In this role, his Special Skill, Benevolence of Shu Han, will increase the attack, defense, and HP of your Ground Troops by 15%. On top of this, he will debuff the defense and HP of Ranged Troops and Siege Machines by 10%. This can be increased even further via his Specialties and Ascensions.

Benevolence of Shu Han

Increases ground troops’ attack, defense and HP by 15% and reduces enemy ranged troops and siege machines’ defense and HP by 10% when General is the Barracks Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Liu Bei will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Barracks Officer, Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack +5%, Defense and HP +10%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Barracks Officer, In-city Ground Troop Attack +25%, Defense and HP +25%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Barracks Officer, Ground Troop Attack and HP +30%, Ground Troop Training Speed +20%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Barracks Officer, Ground Troop Training Capacity and March Size Capacity +5%, Enemy Ranged Troop Attack -20%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Barracks Officer, Ground Troop Attack +20%, Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense and HP -20%.

Liu Bei – Specialities

As a pure Evony Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building.
