Is Caterina Sforza a good general in Evony?

Caterina Sforza is a pure Evony Duty General that should be placed in the Bunker. Whilst here, her Special Skill, Regent of Forli, buffs the attack of Ranged Troops and Siege Machines by 15% and debuffs the defense and HP of enemy Ranged Troops and Siege Machines by 15%. The first part of this is pretty great; however, the second half could be better with Ranged Troops and Siege Machines already having relatively low defense and HP stats.

Regent of Forli

Increases your ranged troop and siege machines’ attack by 15% and reduces enemy ranged troops and siege machines’ defense and HP by 15% when General is the Bunker Officer.

• 1 Star – When General is the Bunker Officer, Attacking Ground and Mounted Troop Defense and HP +20%, Bunker Protecting Capacity +100%
• 2 Star – When General is the Bunker Officer, Attacking Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack, Defense, and HP +20%
• 3 Star – When General is the Bunker Officer, Enemy Siege Machine Attack -40%, Enemy Mounted Troop Attack -40%
• 4 Star – When General is the Bunker Officer, In-City Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack, Defense and HP +20%
• 5 Star – When General is the Bunker Officer, Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack and HP +25%, Rally Capacity +6%
