Is Cimon a good general in Evony?

Cimon is easily one of the Best Sub City PvP Generals in Evony with huge debuffs dealt out to the enemy throughout his incredible kit. Delian League, his Special Skill, gets these debuffs off to an amazing start through a 40% reduction to the attack of Ranged Troops and Siege Machines and another 30% reduction to both their HP and defense. This is only made better with the further development of both his Specialties and Ascension.

Cimon – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Delian League

Reduces enemy ranged troops and siege machines’ attack by 40% and enemy siege machines’ defense and HP by 30% when General is leading the army.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Cimon will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack -10%, Defense and HP -10%.
• 2 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Defense -20%; when General is the Mayor, Death into Survival Rate in this Subordinate City +10%.
• 3 Star – Enemy Troop Attack -10% and Defense -10%.
• 4 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack -15%, Defense and HP -15%.
• 5 Star – Enemy Siege Machine Attack -10%, Defense and HP -10%.

Cimon – Specialities

These skills are unlocked once the Evony General reaches level 25. They can be expensive to develop, requiring Gems and Runestones. Read our Evony General Guide for more details.

Snipe

• Enemy Troops Attack -10%

Unparalleled Leader

• The death-turning-wounded rate of troops when they are attacking +10%
