Is Freyja a good general in Evony?

Freyja can be used to great effect as a Ground PvP General to lead attacks as well as for defending your city with a Special Skill that adds a huge 40% defense and attack to Ground Troops. On top of this, she has no restrictions on the type of Skill Books she can take. However, it is when she is used for defense outside your city that she comes into her own. Not only does her Special Skill add a further 50% defense and HP to Ground Troops in these scenarios, but her final specialty also adds 50% to attack and defense and 40% to HP. Truly quite incredible and hard to beat when used for reinforcing tactical objectives.

Freyja – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Gorgeous Blade

Increases ground troops’ defense and HP by 50% when General is leading the army to defend outside the Main City. Increases ground troops’ attack and defense by 40% when General is leading the army.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Freyja will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Ground Troop HP +20%; when defending outside the Main City, Ground Troop Attack +10%.
• 2 Star – When defending outside the Main City, Troop Death into Survival Rate +8%. Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack +10%.
• 3 Star – March Size Capacity +12%; when defending outside the Main City, Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack +10%.
• 4 Star – Ground Troop HP +30%; when defending outside the Main City, Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack and HP +15%.
• 5 Star – Ground Troop Attack +50%; when defending outside the Main City, Ground Troop Attack and Defense +35%.

Freyja – Specialities

These skills are unlocked once the Evony General reaches level 25. They can be expensive to develop, requiring Gems and Runestones. Read our Evony General Guide for more details.

Annihilation

• March Size Capacity +6%
• Attacking Mounted Troop and Ground Troop Attack +10%

Ground Troop Ares

Dawn Goddess

• Outcity Defending Ground Troop Attack +50%

Ground PvP

This build is ideal for players who are very ground-heavy. It sacrifices everything in favor of ground attack, HP, and speed. This build will work well for both a ground attack march and as a Wall Defense General. It will help your ground troops get to the enemy quicker and give them greater HP to withstand ranged attacks as they go forward.
