Is Ono no Imoko a good general in Evony?

Ono no Imoko is a pure Evony Duty General that should be placed in the Forge if you are lucky enough to get him. His special skill, Greater Virtue, will increase crafting speed and ground troops’ HP by 15% and reduces enemy ground troops and mounted troops’ defense and HP by 12% when he is assigned this role and should not be missed.

Ono no Imoko – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Greater Virtue

Increases crafting speed and ground troops’ HP by 15% and reduces enemy ground troops and mounted troops’ defense and HP by 12% when General is the Forge Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Ono no Imoko will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Forge Officer, Crafting Speed +4%, In-city Troops Attack +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Forge Officer, Crafting Speed +6%, In-city Siege Machine Attack +25% and Defense +35%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Forge Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack, Defense and HP +20%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Forge Officer, Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack +10% and HP +20%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Forge Officer, Siege Machine Attack +15%, Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack and HP +10%.

Ono no Imoko – Specialities

These skills are unlocked once the Evony General reaches level 25. They can be expensive to develop, requiring Gems and Runestones. Read our Evony General Guide for more details.

Ono no Imoko – Builds

As a pure Evony Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building. You should instead focus on cultivation to improve their duty rank. See our Evony General Guide for more details.
