Is Philippa a good general in Evony?

Philippa is a pure Evony Duty General that should be placed in the Warehouse. Whilst here, her Special Skill, Treaty of Windsor, increases the attack and HP of your Siege Machines and Ranged Troops by 15% and debuffs the defense of all enemy troops by 15%. when attacking. This debuff is pretty significant, especially when attacking a Keep packed with Ground Troops.

Treaty of Windsor

Increases attacking ranged troops and siege machines’ attack and HP by 15% and reduces enemy troops’ defense by 15% when General is the Warehouse Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Philippa will receive to her Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Warehouse Officer, Construction Speed +8%, Troop Attack +10%
• 2 Star – When General is the Warehouse Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack and Defense +10%, Construction Speed +6%
• 3 Star – When General is the Warehouse Officer, Attacking Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack and HP +20%
• 4 Star – When General is the Warehouse Officer, Enemy Ranged Attack against your in-rally troops -50%, Enemy Ground Troop HP against your in-rally troops -50%
• 5 Star – When General is the Warehouse Officer, Troop Attack and Defense +10%, Rally Capacity +6%

As a pure Evony Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building.
