Gwon Ryul is a pure Evony Duty General. You should assign him to your Workshop as soon as you are able. He will give it a huge 20% training speed boost for siege machines, and a Siege Machine all stat buff of +5%.

Lightning Strikes

Increases siege machines’ attack, defense and HP by 5% and siege machines’ training speed by 20% when General is the Workshop Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Gwon Ryul will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense +15% and HP +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is Subordinate City Mayor, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense +15%, Siege Machine Training Speed +20%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine HP +15%, Siege Machine Training Capacity +20%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense +20% and HP +20%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, Siege Machine Attack +10%, Defense and HP +10%.
