Is Princess Lucy a good general in Evony?

In the early game, Princess Lucy is very useful for players when it comes to Gathering. Her Special Skill, Inspiration, adds a 15% gathering speed buff to all resources. She is quite easy to come across in the Tavern and having one for each march will be great for your economy. As you progress in the game, you will be looking to replace her with Queen Jindeok who is also available in the Tavern.
