Is Raged King a good general in Evony?

Raged King has good buffs as both an Evony Siege General and an Evony Ranged General. He therefore can be used when sending a mixed siege and ranged march. However, he is overall quite weak and should be a reserve option.

Increases Troop Attack by 10% when General is leading the army.

Ambush (Applied to Main City Defense General)

• Trap Triggering Chance +20%

Siege PvP

Everything for this build is focused on improving a very heavy siege march. This is likely only viable for big spenders as the gem repair cost could be very high. However, it is particularly potent and will cause huge damage to the enemy.

• Skill Books:
• Lvl 4 Siege Machine Attack – Siege Attack +25%
• Lvl 4 Siege Machine Range Bonus – Siege Machine Range +200
• Lvl 4 March Size – March Size +12%
• Equipment Refines:
• Axe – Siege Machine Attack % x4
• Armor – Siege Machine Defense % x4
• Boots – Siege Machine Defense % x4
• Helmet – Siege Machine HP % x4
• Leg Armor – Siege Machine HP % x4
• Ring – Siege Machine Attack % x4

Ranged PvP

This build is ideal for players who are very range heavy. It sacrifices everything in favor of ranged attack whilst also topping up ranged troop HP and defense via equipment refines. This build will ensure you do maximum damage, especially in the early game when players are quite mounted heavy.

• Lvl 4 Ranged Troop Attack – Ranged Attack +25%
• Lvl 4 Ranged Troop Range Bonus – Ranged Troop Range +100
• Lvl 4 March Size – March Size +12%
• Equipment Refines:
• Bow – Ranged Troop Attack % x4

• Boots – Ranged Troop Defense % x4
• Helmet – Ranged Troop HP % x4
• Leg Armor – Ranged Troop HP % x4
• Ring – Ranged Troop Attack % x4

Siege and Ranged PvP

If you like and can afford it, you can mix in some siege to your march for this build. Siege range is prioritized over siege attack as siege attack is already very high. The additional range gives you some extra attacks before the enemy has you in their range.
