Empress Dowager Cixi is a pure Evony Attack Sub City General, she has no use as an attacking general. Her debuffs are tilted towards lowering enemy defense which makes her a good sub-city general to take when attacking ground-heavy keeps.

She is also available in the Tavern, making her a good option for low-spenders.

Empress Dowager Cixi – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Curses

Reduces enemy troops’ defense by 15% and enemy ground troops’ defense by another 15% when General is leading the army.
