Is Menshikov a good general in Evony?

Menshikov is a pure Evony Duty General. He is a Keep Duty Officer. His skill increases construction speed by a massive 20% when he is on duty in the Keep. He is a great option when you are not taking part in PvP.

Menshikov – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Greedy Marshal

When the General is the Keep Officer, the construction speed in the city will increase by 20%.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Menshikov will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Keep Officer, In-city Troops Defense +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Keep Officer, In-city Troops HP +15%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Keep Officer, In-city Construction Speed +10%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Keep Officer, Enemy Troop Attack -6%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Keep Officer, In-city Troops Attack +10%.

Menshikov – Specialities

These skills are unlocked once the Evony General reaches level 25. They can be expensive to develop, requiring Gems and Runestones. Read our Evony General Guide for more details.

Pacify (Applied to Subordinate City Mayor)

• Increases Gold Production Speed in Subordinate City +36%
• Increases Construction Speed in Subordinate City +36%

• Construction Speed +10%

Siege of Petersburg (Applied to Keep Officer)

• Construction Speed +20%

Menshikov – Builds

As a pure Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building. You should instead focus on cultivation to improve their duty rank. See our Evony General Guide for more details.
