Oleg of Novgorod is a pure Evony Duty General. He is a Stables Officer. His skill increases mounted troop attack, defense, and HP by 5% when on duty in the Stables. He also increases mounted training speed by 20%.

This Evony General is vital for anyone playing a heavy Mounted Troop game.

• 3 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, In-city Ground Troop and Mounted Troop HP +10%, Mounted Troop Training Capacity +20%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, In-city Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Defense +15% and HP +15%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, Mounted Troop Attack +10%, Defense and HP +10%.
