Is Ly Thuong Kiet a good general in Evony?

Ly Thuong Kiet is a natural defense general. In particular, he is one of the best for a heavy ranged defense. Additionally, his skill causes your traps to trigger more often. It is therefore a good idea to build some of these when using him.

This Evony General should not be used in attack. The majority of his buffs are only active when in defense.

Ly Thuong Kiet – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Vietnamese Warrior

Increases the traps’ triggering rate by 60% and ranged troops’ attack and defense by 30% when General is the Main City’s Defense General.

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Ly Thuong Kiet will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Main City Defense General, In-city Mounted Troop and Ground Troop Defense +10% and HP +10%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Main City Defense General, Hospital Capacity +15%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Main City Defense General, In-city Ranged Troop Defense +20%, In-city Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Defense +20%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Main City Defense General. In-city Ranged Troop HP +20%, In-city Ground Troop and Mounted Troop HP +20%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Main City Defense General. In-city Ranged Troop Attack +20%, Defense and HP +20%.
