Is Maeda Toshiie a good general in Evony?

Maeda Toshiie is one of the best Evony Ground PvP Generals that you can get in the game. Unfortunately, he is only available from packs and therefore not the best option for free players who wish to ascend. However, using Maeda Toshiie you will see a huge ground attack and HP buff just from his special skill.

Although his special skill is only active in attack, he ranks surprisingly well as a Ground Defense General. Nevertheless, he should not really be used in this way. It will require him to have his specialties fully maxed and there are much better options available who are Ground Defense purists.

Maeda Toshiie – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Please note, that this General can be ascended through the Evony General Ascending feature. Each ascended star level will add an additional buff to the General’s Special skill. Read our Evony General Ascending Guide for more details on Evony General Ascension.

Yari no Mataza

Ground PvP

This build is ideal for players who are very ground-heavy. It sacrifices everything in favor of ground attack, HP, and speed. This build will work well for both a ground attack march and as a Wall Defense General.

It will help your ground troops get to the enemy quicker and give them greater HP to withstand ranged attacks as they go forward.
