Is Mikhail Kutuzov a good general in Evony?

Mikhail Kutuzov is strictly an Evony Duty General. When placed in the Workshop, he will bring big buffs to your Siege Machines. He is the alternative to Gwon Ryul and offers better buffs for PvP. However, Gwon Ryul is available in the Tavern and offers training speed buffs, he may therefore be the preferred Workshop Officer for F2P players.

One-eyed General

Increases siege machines’ attack by 15% and siege machines’ defense and HP by 10% when General is the Workshop Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Mikhail Kutuzov will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Troops Defense +15% and HP +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Troops Defense +25%, Siege Machine Training Speed +30%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Troops HP +25%, Siege Machine Training Capacity +30%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, In-city Troops Defense +25% and HP +25%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Workshop Officer, Siege Machine Attack +15%, Defense and HP +15%.

As a pure Evony Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building.
