Is Catherine II a good general in Evony?

Catherine II is a sub city development general. Her main focus is on improving troop training speed in the sub-city she is Mayor of. As such, she is of very little use in PvP. You should only appoint her Mayor when you are sure you won’t be taking part in PvP.

Catherine II – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Catherine II will receive to her Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense -10%.
• 2 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense and HP -15%.
• 3 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack -10%; when General is the Mayor, Death into Survival Rate in this Subordinate City +10%.
• 4 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense and HP -20%.
• 5 Star – Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack -25%.

Pacify (Applied to Sub City Mayor)

• Increases Gold Production Speed in Subordinate City +36%
• Increases Construction Speed in Subordinate City +36%

• Increases Troop Capacity in Subordinate City +36%

Territory Expansion (Applied to Sub City Mayor)

• Increases Gold Production Speed in Subordinate City +40%
• Training Speed in this Subordinate City +20%

Sub City Developer

This build will help improve your sub cities much quicker. Buildings will be built faster and troops replaced much quicker. A training speed skill book cannot be added as the general already has +35% training speed from her Special Skill.
