Is Sanada Yukimura a good general in Evony?

When you first start Evony, Sanada Yukimura will be very useful in your monster-hunting efforts. His Special Skill, Sengoku Hero, reduces the defense of Monsters by 5% and reduces the attack of his Mounted Troops by 20%. This will allow you to kill higher-level Monsters than you might have otherwise been able, and also with lower losses.

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Sengoku Hero

Reduces monsters defense by 5% and increases your ground troops and mounted troops’ attack by 20% when General is leading the army to attack Monsters.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Sanada Yukimura will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When attacking Monsters, Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack +10%, Stamina cost -5%.
• 2 Star – When attacking Monsters, Double Items Drop Rate from Monsters +10%.
• 3 Star – When attacking Monsters, March Speed to Monsters +10%, Stamina cost -5%.
• 4 Star – When attacking Monsters, Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack +20%, Troops Defense +20%.
• 5 Star – When attacking Monsters, Mounted Troop Attack +30%, Troops HP +20%.

Sanada Yukimura – Specialities

Big Prey Hunter

This build is ideal for players who are looking to take down big monster prey. It sacrifices everything in favor of mounted attack. This build will ensure you do maximum damage to boss monsters on the first hit. This will minimize your losses and allow you to take on higher-level bosses for better rewards.

• Skill Books:
• Lvl 4 Mounted Troop Attack – Mounted Attack +25%
• Lvl 4 Mounted Troop Attack Against Monster – Mounted Attack Against Monster +45%
• Lvl 4 March Size – March Size +12%
• Equipment Refines:
• Spear – Mounted Troop Attack % x4
• Armor – Mounted Troop Defense % x4
• Boots – Mounted Troop Defense % x4
• Helmet – Mounted Troop HP % x4

Looter Hunter Hybrid

This build will allow you to take down big boss monsters whilst also maximizing your loot return. It replaces the march size skill book with the luck skill book to increase the double item drop rate. This will of course decrease your damage output slightly. However, the double drops are good compensation.

• Lvl 4 Mounted Troop Attack Against Monster – Mounted Attack Against Monster +45%
• Lvl 4 Luck – Double Items Drop Rate +18%
• Lvl 4 Mounted Troop Attack – Mounted Attack +25%
