Is Stilicho a good general in Evony?

Stilicho is a pure Evony Duty General. He is a Stables Duty Officer. His skill increases mounted attack, HP and defense when placed on duty in the Stables.

He is a great option for when you are taking part in PvP. This Evony General is also an improvement over the other Stables Officer, Oleg of Novgorod, in terms of PvP related buffs.

Stilicho – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Shield of Rome

Increases mounted troops’ attack by 15% and mounted troops’ defense and HP by 10% when General is the Stables Officer.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Stilicho will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, In-city Troops Defense +15% and HP +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, Mounted Troop Training Speed +30%, Enemy Troop Defense -15%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, Mounted Troop Training Capacity +30%, Enemy Troop HP -15%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, In-city Troops Defense +25% and HP +25%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Stables Officer, Mounted Troop Attack +15%, Defense and HP +15%.

Stilicho – Specialities

These skills are unlocked once the Evony General reaches level 25. They can be expensive to develop, requiring Gems and Runestones. Read our Evony General Guide for more details.

Stilicho – Builds

As a pure Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment to this general. These have no impact on the general when they are on duty at a building. You should instead focus on cultivation to improve their duty rank. See our Evony General Guide for more details.
