Is Lysander a good general in Evony?

This Evony General makes a great option for players utilizing Mounted Troops. He can be used effectively as both a Monster Hunter and in Mounted PvP.

Also take note of his Rally Capacity buff, which will prove highly useful to active PvP alliances. This buff will allow you to fit more ally troops into your attacks against enemy players.

In Addition to this, Lysander can also be used as an Evony Mounted Defense General. However, this relies on you developing his Specialties, as his Special Skill is only effective in attack.

Lysander – Special Skill

An Evony General’s Special Skill is always active and requires no development. Read the description carefully to ensure it is having the impact that you expect.

Conqueror at Sea

Increases mounted troops’ attack by 25% when General is leading the army to attack. Increases Rally Capacity by 10% when General is leading the army to launch Alliance War.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Lysander will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Increases Mounted Troop Attack by 10% and Defense by 20% when General is leading the army to attack.
• 2 Star – Enemy In-city Troop Wounded into Death rate +10%.
• 3 Star – March Size Capacity +14%.
• 4 Star – Increases Mounted Troop Attack by 15% and Mounted Troop and Ground Troop HP by 10% when General is leading the army to attack.
• 5 Star – Increases Mounted Troop Attack by 15%, Defense by 20% and Mounted Troop and Ground Troop HP by 10% when General is leading the army to attack.

Mounted PvP

Mounted PvP can be very useful in the early and late stages of the game. Early game, players will have huge, mounted marches which you can destroy with your higher mounted buff.

Late game you will start to come across keeps set up with ground troop defenses, mounted troops annihilate them. This build will maximize your mounted attack and mounted HP for a mounted PvP march or defense.

Mounted Defense

This build focuses everything on a huge mounted troop defense. It is only useful in certain scenarios, such as when getting attacked by a heavy ground march.

Mounted speed is not added here so as to allow your ranged troops and tower more time to kill the enemy before your mounted troops reach them.
